Digital Content Policy: All our products are digital packages and services delivered electronically. Due to the nature of digital content, all sales are final.
No Refunds:
- Once digital content is delivered, no refunds or returns are possible
- Digital packages cannot be "returned" as they are instantly accessible
- All purchases are considered final upon successful delivery
Delivery Confirmation:
- Digital content is delivered via email within 1-24 hours
- Delivery confirmation serves as proof of completed transaction
- Access to digital content constitutes acceptance of purchase
Exceptions:
- Technical delivery failures only (if content was never received)
- Duplicate purchases made in error (within 1 hour of purchase)
- Payment processing errors
